BIRTHDAY CARDS

HELLO EVERYONE TODAY IS OUR LAST DAY OF 2013!!!!! I AM SO EXITED I CAN BELIEVE OR EVEN THOUGHT I WOULD EVER SEE A 2014!!!! LAST NIGHT I COULD NOT SLEEP SO I CRAFTED UNTIL LIKE 3 AM YES 3 AM. I CREATED ABOUT 5 TO 6 CARDS. I WORKED ALOT THIS TIME WITH COLOR PENCILS  BY ARTISTS LOFTS AND MIX MEDIA INX BY DONNA SALAZAR AND HER EMBOSSING POWDERS. USED MY STAMPENDOUS STAMPS AND SOME DISTRESSED INK BY TIM HOLTZ. I ALSO USED PHOTO PAPER FOR ONE OF MY CARDS. TAKE A LOOK AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK.

THIS ONE I USED AN EMBOSSING FOLDER BY DARICE CALLED BUTTERFLIES IN A CORNER. I USED DEW DROP BRILLIANCE PEARLESCENT ORCHID AND SOME PERFECT PEARLS PINK, FISKARS BUTTERFLY AND BLACK RIBBON.

THIS ONE I USED DONNA SALAZAR PINK CHIFFON AND STAMPANDOUS FLOWER STAMPS. SOME RICH COCOA MEMENTOS INK ON A BACKGROUND PAGE FROM K&COMPANY COLLECTIONS.

THIS ONE I USED THE WATERCOLOR PENCILS AND BLENDED SOME ORANGE ONLY FROM STAMPIN UP AND SOME CRAMBERRY CRISP INK. EMBOSSED THE SIDE WITH A SIZZIX FOLDER BOLDER. A HAPPY BIRTHDAY STAMP I DONT KNOW WHOS ITS FROM GOT IT AT SMS GARAGE SALE :).

THIS ONE I STAMPED THE PHOTO PAPER WITH TIM HOLTZ DISTRESS INKS THEN MOUNTED A PIECE OF CARD STOCK WITH DIFFERENT DESIGNS OF FLOWER AND A HAPPY BIRTHDAY WITH A WHITE RIBBON RUNNING THREW THE MIDDLE OF THE CARD

THIS ONE WAS MADE WITH AN EMBOSSING FOLDER FROM DARICE ALL I DID WAS I DISTRESSED IT WITH THE WE R MEMORIES HEART DISTRESSOR. RAN A RIBBON THREW THE MIDDLE WITH A PEARL.

THIS ONE IS THE SAME BUT ONLY ON GOLD FOIL CARDSTOCK

MY NEW MINI

I am so excited today! i just received my new ipad mini. I got this ipad just for my blogging. Eventhough i do love my samsung galazy 3. Its a little difficult to blog and my laptop is too big to carry around. I am here lol at 10:42 pm after church testing this out and by far i love it!!!!! Got this on a bundle at walmart it came with this fabulous keyboard which is bluetooth :) my sis and bf gave me the money to purchase this. So a special thanks to them!!!!!

    I am working on a mini album at this time and will be placing pictures tomorrow. Wishing everyone a Happy New Years 2014!

MY FINISHED MINI

Here is my finished Vintage mini album.
I couldn't figure out what else to add to the front of the album. I really didn't want to cover up the Tim Holtz tissue paper its just beautiful on its own. In this Project i used Tim Holtzs Distress black ink and some silver and black gelatos. My Vintage ladies, Vintage from Tim Holtz. I really enjoyed making this is book is my first vintage album. A couple of people have seen it  in person and i have received thumbs up. Here are some pictures. Pics are not to good still have not learned how to use my Conon T3.

My mini album

Just started my mini album. I decided to take a break from Christmas cards for a few days. I know its December but I have been doing card since October. My sister came to see me and she said o wow it looks like Christmas threw up on your desk lol!!!! I love it don't get me wrong.

I got some zutter clear acrylics from blitsy and I decided to use them today. I am not done I have done 2 pages and started the 3rd I will share my pics.

In this mini I will be using flowers, ribbons, pearls and some of my metal embellishments. I am also going to use wood decoration that I will be dyeing with my tim holts paints.

NEW CARDS

Hey everyone feeling a little tired was up late last might making cards :). woke up early at 4:15 am for church prayer (love it) feeling rejoiced!!! Sadly to say I am at work this weekend got sick couple of weeks ago and i went over my sick days and now i have to make them up. But feeling accomplished. i want to share some of my cards i made hope you like. One of these days ill have the courage to make a video LOL!!!

Hello Everyone,

I received my package from HSN contained a hot of the press paper pack LOVE IT! I made some cards. I usually don't use the pop ups on cards but these where so cute!!. Tell me what you think :). I truly enjoyed making these card they where so simple to put together. Personally I try to create mine my own design. But it also nice to know that you can buy a pack of pre prepared cards and create cute cards. I also just came from Lunch and i did a quick Haul at Marshals and let me tell you i found some good stuff. I found some 6 x 6 glitter packs of 24 sheets for 2.99 and some beautiful shiny paper pack 6 x 6 as well and a pack of 12 x 12 vintage pack of some old fashion pages for 5.99 48 pages. Check out Marshals guys i also found a large roll of twine for 2.99.
I will post picture tomorrow of what i found today at Marshals. Happy blogging!!!

Well guys I tried to get some work done Yesterday, But with Church and watching SOA late at night. I was only able to prep cards for today. I will putting up pictures tomorrow. Hmmmmm maybe i should put up pictures of all the stuff i have to do to prep for my cards??? TUESDAYS CHRISTMAS CARD

Hello everyone a little chilli this morning but loving this weather.
I have card to share with you. This is my poinsettia card. I created this card with a Stampendous stamp
that I truly love!!!!!!!!(got it on blitsy) First I stamped it with an embossing ink and then embossed it with silver embossing powder. I cut out my image and mounted it on artisan paper (which by the way is fabulous) this particular paper came with adhesive already in the back(found them at marshals). The red card stock in the back was cut to a 6 7/8 x 4 7/8 and I ran it threw my big shot with the Santa sleigh embossing folder from spellbinders(marvelous folder on blitsy too). I mounted the the silver artisan paper to the card stock and added some bling to it. I found rolls of the gold and silver and many other colors at this japan store ( I never remember the name but everything there is 1.50 daiso i think???) so i cut a piece of the gold at 4 1/2 and glued it at the bottom of the poinsettia. Wanted to add silver but I already had to much silver so I threw in just a small amount of gold( who doesn't love gold?) From the same artisan paper I punched out a snow flake and got one of my bling jewels and placed it in the middle. I decided to pop up the Happy Holidays with some mounting tape and added a small silver paper to the bottom and my sentiment inside. Hope you like it. Lets see what day 3 bring us. SORRY FOR THE DELAY

I have been working on Christmas cards day and night have come up with awesome new designs.
I am going to share my vintage Santa. though i would give it a try. let me know what you think. i will start taking pictures of my card and sharing. On this particular card i cut this Santa from one of my paper collections i believe its from k & company. I tore the edges and distressed them on my amazing zutter distress machine. I took a mixture of the Tim Holtz distress vintage paper and a little of regular black ink and did the edges. I took a small 3 x 3 red piece of card stock and mounted just the edge and distressed it with black. Mounted on black card stock also distress and colored white. and yes once again mounted on white card stock also distress with black ink. I stamped tis the season on the right upper corner with a red ribbon. i know red on red right?????? but the white and green i did not like the look. I got some 2 way glue and glittered up the gloves and the ball on the hat. I cut my base card at 6 x 6 and distressed the edges on that too. I cut a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 white card stock distressed it and inked it up with black and stamped my sentiment in the middle. Hope you like it.
