Its Friday!!!!!


Today is my big brothers birthday he would have been 42! God i miss him so much its been 7 years now. I hold my faith that i will see him one day. Keeping Happy spirits today!

Last night I made some Christmas cards focused on the Color Green. I really like the way they turned out. I will share some pictures :). Also these card are so easy to do i see videos on You Tube and they look so complicated :(. I try not to copy anyone. I usually come up with my own designs. If i buy a stamp set and i don't know how to use it then ill try to see ideas. Last year i found my self breaking my head and spending to much money thinking i had to buy the expensive embellishments for Christmas cards. Don't get me wrong they where very pretty BUT i spent to much money. This year i worked with what i had left over and WOW i learned so much. Simple is Beautiful too.

Ribbon (local peeps you should check out the Fabric Barn in Long Beach) (people that work there are not to friendly but prices are awesome guess its the price that counts)(not really i love people with customer service). But there satin ribbon is 2.50 for 25 yrd for the 1" and if you buy 3 you get one free! all sizes.

CHRISTMAS CARD #8

Hi Everyone!

Well we are one day away from Friday wow!! This week went by to fast. Getting ready this weekend to celebrate my little ones birthday she will be 17!!!!! Feels like she was a baby yesterday :(. IDK if she reads my blog but just in case HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOVE!

I was working on gift card size cards yesterday. A couple months back i did a video on a haul from Joann where they had all of David Tutera card base on sale for 1 dollar. I was going threw my packages and saw my A1 cards and decided to make gift card Christmas cards. hope you like them very simple and easy to do. Thanks for stopping by!

 on these i used some white ribbon and baby blue cardstock with candy 3m mounting adhesive.

 used some Memento Bahana Blue and versafine for my greetings.

 i used the Gina K Design stamp set I LOVE HER STAMPS!

 Used this sentiment stamp set from Stampendous or hero arts LOL i tear out my stamps when i get them sorry!

 fiskar punch and blue card stock

 I used some AC twine on these cards and copics to color them in. Music pattern paper from my Christmas paper pack.

 on this one i mounted some Hot of the press poinsettias and my Merry Christmas from Fiskar.

CHRISTMAS CARD #7

Happy Tuesday! Everyone,

        Yesterday I had a great time my whole family, they all came over and we were all drinking coffee with Sweet Bread and talking and laughing. Funny thing is that now that are kids are older they act just like us when we were there age. All you heard threw the house was there laughter of how they make fun of each other. AND mom yelling tell us we are to loud hahahahaha!!!! Memories.

By the time i got to my home it was 9:45 pm :( and i wanted to craft! guess what???? i did :))))).
Decided to sacrifice 1 hour of sleep lol. I have been trying to change my colors for Christmas and not just focus on Red, Green,White and all the beautiful Christmas colors. So decided to use Baby Blue.
I like them!!!

These cards are simple to do.
Baby blue card base is 4 3/4 x 6 3/4 and punched with an EK punch dots mounted on a card base 5x7.
The pattern paper is 4 x 6
In the paper pack you see below it had two sheets with cut outs.
Added some baby blue twine.
And the adhesive ribbon by recollections.
and some Merry Christmas silver stickers and that was it!

CHRISTMAS CARDS #6

Hi Everyone,

Its Monday thanking God for another week! This weekend was Crazy!!! We had a Church Event this Saturday (Hallelujah Night). We had a blast (nervous) but all went well and we had full house! So that was good too.

I had the Chance to craft Friday night and all Sunday. I was able to make different cards.
These Christmas Cards are very simple to do. Its mainly stamping and coordinating paper and ribbon.

CHRISTMAS CARD #5

Its Friday!!!!!!!!!!


Hi everyone!! its Friday i get to stay up late crafting yey!!!!!!!
Last night i made a card still using scraps from cutting my 12 x 12 sheets.
I used some black textured card stock, gold embossing powder, Merry Christmas stamp, Versamark, gold thin rope by Gina K Design, stampendous dies and stamps and hot of the press stick on jewels &
3m mounting tape.

I had fun making this card very simple to do went ahead and embossed the actual card. It looked to plain to me so i decided to take the same snow flake and die cut it an mount it on top to give it dimension and i really like the way it came out very simple and cute. I will share some picture.
