Christmas cards 2

Hi there,

Well I am officially on vacation for a week. Wanted to take the time to blog today I couldn't sleep :( too much on my mind. But I can truly say God answers prayers. 

Been making so many Christmas cards I absulutely love making shaker cards they are so cute. I have been making some with just the windows and no sequins and some with sequins and some with glitter. I will post pictures of what I have been creating for the past month. 

I belong to this group on Facebook The birthday club were we send out 3 cards to 3 strangers every month. Not necessarily strangers there more of your crafting community. But I am having fun because in the mist of me making Christmas cards I have a reason to make birthday cards I'll post the ones I have made so far for December. Group is open for members all over the world sent a card to England last month. Check it out.

I have so much to share I am actually having a Yard sale of my crafting stuff I finally de stashed my crafting inventory and WOW!!!!!!! I have so much stuff I don't use. So I am having a sale hope I do good need money for more stuff LOL! If you are in the Los Angeles area stop by it will be in south gate on Hunt Ave between southern and tweety. I have punches as low as a dollar my daughters say I am crazy LOL stamps for 50 cents so much stuff selling my cameo for 150 used it 3 times. It was a gift and I feel bad selling it but it's not being used. It can be used by someone that knows how to use it. But any whoooo lol off topic.

So I got the new Gina K Design stamp kit for Christmas and let me tell you I am In love! She out did her self with the stamp sets but she always does. I have bought many many stamp sets from another group on Facebook called scrappy resale group and peeps there sale there stuff cheap and there are some that sell them beyond expensive. I always get good deals. I had been looking for the right coloring pencils for watercoloring I bought so many brands and hated them. Gave them to my sister and she always is thankful and she uses them. Me if I don't like it I put it away I don't give them a second chance lol. But I didn't have the courage to by the prisma pencils OMGoodness they are pricy. But I found a seller that was selling them for 15 dude the set is worth 80.00. So you know I bought them I thought I can spare 15 and if I don't like them it won't hurt to give them away. I LOVE THEM! I finally found my pencils funny thing my sister says why is it that you like the expensive stuff hahahahahaha because it's awesome! Sorry I am rambling on and on and on. But anyways working on some watercolor cards this weekend and I'll share another post later next week.

As you know if you have been reading my blogs I suck at remembering who the makers of the paper and stamps. I try thou I have tried to stop ripping things out the package and forgetting who they are from. But I created a stamp filling system and I have separated them by designers so now I ripe my package and I file it before I forget. Sorry if I am babbling on and on its 4:22 am and have not sleeped but 2 hours. Hopefully all this makes sense. If not my apologies :)

Christmas card time

Hi crafty friend,
Been silent for a while now but I am still here. I Have not stopped crafting only blogging. Been going threw some stuff and day job has been crazy. But things are moving on up God is too good and I thank him for that.

I have bought soooooooooooooo much stuff since the last time. I am now a proud owner of the ScanNcut2 I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. this machine by Brothers has made my life so much easier and I truly believe that in the long run it will save me so much money. How????? If you are a crafter you know that there are a lot of companies out there that sell stamp set with matching dies. But if you notice your stamp set can be anywhere from 7.99 to 15 and more off course. BUT when you want to get the matching dies they are super expensive example I bought a stamp set for 15.99 and the matching dies was 20.00 ridiculous LOL but I would still buy them that's the sad part. But now with my new baby in the house scanNcut2 I save on the dies. It's 300.00 Lil pricy  but I see the saving in the future. Or maybe I sould sell my dies lol. And yes I can go on and on and on about my baby but I won't :). Love it!

Any who :) it that time again for Christmas cards I have been making card left and right with different stamp set if you have been following me I AM NOT GOOD AT ALL IN KEEPING UP WITH NAMES AND COMPANIES. I get my stuff tare of packages and store them but I have been trying. You will dind stamps from Gina K Designs, stampendous, hero arts, wood ware, and other more. Ribbon from stamping up, Gina K Designs. Paper packs from various designers. Punches from Martha Stewart and ek success.

Vacation is over!

HI Everyone!!!!!!!

I am back took a small break from Blogging. Had a lot on my plate :) But now the plate is empty LOL not really but not to full.

Updates:
Daughter Graduated High school finally done with kids in school now off to college.
Celebrated my 40th Birthday indeed I am Blessed with an awesome family and friends.
Oldest daughter is now driving :)
My little niece is walking now. Time is flying by so fast we are in mid year already WOW.

All this time i have been off i have been crafting. That is one thing i cant seem to stop doing.
For my birthday i received some gift cards and cash. I ran to the craft store the following day and bought some lawn fawn stamps and dies :))))).

For the last couple of weeks i have been working on making card set. I have so many character stamps and dies so i decided to make group of cards. I will show you as much as i can and explain as much as i can. I have made my self try to explain and keep track on the products i use. Not this post but next post hahahahaha. OH OH OH i forgot i got the misti!!!! I love this tool!!! I had an order of 30 teacher card and i got them done in 1 day with the Misti :).

MOTHERS DAY CARDS

Happy Monday Guys!

Grateful for another day and week hope everyone's weekend was awesome!!!

I wanted to share with you my Rubbernecker purchase in a previous blog i shared that i had placed an order with them and i found there stamps as cheap as .99 cents. Well i got my Order LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Took a picture of them and i got about 15 stamps for under 35.00. I paid full price for just one and the rest ranged from 4.95 to .99. As soon as i got them I saw the vintage lady and fell in love. Took her out stamped her and grabbed my Copic's i was actually getting ready for Church and coloring (sad).

I came home from Church that night sat down and finished what i started. I was also able to make other cards that i did not post to this blog. I am no expert in coloring and blending :( but i try. I am a Vintage freak!!!!!!!!! I just absolutely Love Vintage cards, stamps,books,dresses. I would of love to lived in that era well at-least 1 or 2 weeks just for the dresses and hair styles. Enough daydreaming back to reality :)))). I have posted some pictures below of my stamps and cards. I made some mothers day cards i totally blanked i am so late in making them. I did not realize we 3 weeks away from Mothers Day WOW time is flying. Here are 2 Easel cards i made. I made the 1st one from scrap piece of paper i had in my bin. Had some butterflies just laying around and used the recollection tinsel embossing powder. The stamp i have had for a while and the name has rubbed off. They still sell it thou i have seen it in Michael's and Joann. Punch is from Fiskar.
The blue one i used my new S U flower stamp and punch i really like the combo of colors.
