MOTHERS DAY CARDS

Happy Monday Guys!

Grateful for another day and week hope everyone's weekend was awesome!!!

I wanted to share with you my Rubbernecker purchase in a previous blog i shared that i had placed an order with them and i found there stamps as cheap as .99 cents. Well i got my Order LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Took a picture of them and i got about 15 stamps for under 35.00. I paid full price for just one and the rest ranged from 4.95 to .99. As soon as i got them I saw the vintage lady and fell in love. Took her out stamped her and grabbed my Copic's i was actually getting ready for Church and coloring (sad).

I came home from Church that night sat down and finished what i started. I was also able to make other cards that i did not post to this blog. I am no expert in coloring and blending :( but i try. I am a Vintage freak!!!!!!!!! I just absolutely Love Vintage cards, stamps,books,dresses. I would of love to lived in that era well at-least 1 or 2 weeks just for the dresses and hair styles. Enough daydreaming back to reality :)))). I have posted some pictures below of my stamps and cards. I made some mothers day cards i totally blanked i am so late in making them. I did not realize we 3 weeks away from Mothers Day WOW time is flying. Here are 2 Easel cards i made. I made the 1st one from scrap piece of paper i had in my bin. Had some butterflies just laying around and used the recollection tinsel embossing powder. The stamp i have had for a while and the name has rubbed off. They still sell it thou i have seen it in Michael's and Joann. Punch is from Fiskar.
The blue one i used my new S U flower stamp and punch i really like the combo of colors.

here is my second card i made with my new gorjuss girls stamp. the ribbon i absolutely LOVE its from SU and as
you can see i am no good at the whole bow tie!!!!!!!!!! o well i try! 

I used my new stamp set and matching dies from stampin up. This was
a super quick card that i threw together. Not too happy with it but just wanted to share it. 

I like this one very simple and easy to make this is my new stamp  and punch.
Ribbon SU 

similar looking like the one on top but differently made. embossed the flower with white detailed powder. Added a red brad in the middle. S U ribbon. 3 different layers of paper.

New gorjuss girls VIDEO!

New Gorjuss Girls!

Today i want to share my new collection of Gorjuss Girls. When i first got into the gorjuss girls i went a little crazy. I was purchasing them at all kinda prices i think i bought one at 15.99. These stamps are so inexpensive BEAUTIFUL!!! but inexpensive i realized that after the 5th one. When a seller on ebay had them for 6 dollars :) and i got most of them threw her. My sister Eve and Karen gifted me some too. I heard it threw the craft vine that they where going to release new ones. I was so excited so when Stacey from Scrapbook Made Simple in Santa announced that she had all eight i went down there and got mine! I will share with you the card i made with sweet tea. One thing i don't like about this stamp is the greeting where it says Drink Me. Other than that she is my favorite. I made different card during the week that i will share with you. I am not good in telling you the brands i use because everything is in front of me so i just grab and use. No excuses LOL but hey this who i am.

She is so cute! i colored her with copic markers used 3 different kind of pattern paper some satin ribbon and colored the pearls with copic so the would match.

this is what 20% of  my work space looks like(well what the camera was able to grab) so when i say i grab whatever and put it together this is where most of my stuff is right in front of me and to the sides of me is all the rest oh and i own 25% of the living room too :). HAHAHAHAHA love my hobby!!!

New card kit cards

Hope everyone had a great weekend! 

I am here to share the cards made with my Simon says April kit. I really love the stamp set they focused it on Gold and i love GOLD! you can find the video on you tube under Simon says April card kit so you can check out the kit.

This week i have to focus on making 3 baby books 1 girl 2 boys my family is growing not blood family but like if the were. So i will be sharing with you my books this week. If i get to make cards i will share them with you as well. Wish me luck because it is tiring making these book LOL that's what i started off doing when i started crafting. After a while i got overwhelmed by them :) Sold them all on E bay! And started making cards. Guess what?????? I love making cards rather than books. I can create so many styles and colors and absolutely LOVE IT!!! i will keep you posted on my progress.

I also ordered the I love you a latte from lawn fawn and dies. My sister has had her eyes on it for a while BUT never seem to find it she found the last one being sold at Expo and she purchased it but Dies where sold out :( i found her some dies on eBay and then i saw the stamp set with dies and i ordered myself some too they are so cute just had to have them. Made 1 card with them so far. Hope to make more soon :).

This card here is an a2 card. I cut one of the gold papers at 1 1/2 inch ran a gold ribbon along the side

And got 4 of the stamps layered them together and embossed the with some recollection embossing powder. Simple but so cute added the small gold bow to give it a small touch.

For this card i embossed the candles in different angles with the gold recollection powder and stamped the flame with perfectly pink ink and added a strip of the washi tape from the kit to the bottom. Used one of the sentiments from the stamp set and ran some gold string threw the top and pop up a candle with a red flame.

I really like this one i embossed the back ground with gold emb powder and used 3 stamps from the kit and embossed them in white, gold and hot pink a Simple card yet so cute!

my I love you a latte card I LOVE THE LITTLE COFFEE CUP!!!!!!! simple card i copic the cup and embossed the greating and the steam from the cup.
